Our Shaped Secateurs and Snips are another innovation that causes us to wonder why all cutting tools aren’t designed this way!
Put very simply, the curved shape allows the wrist to be aligned in a natural upright position rather than bent forward. This not only prevents operator fatigue but actually improves grip and power. The force is such that we have created the tools from strong carbon steel. The solid steel handles are Ash clad. The angle of the cutting head allows for improved visibility for accurate and precise pruning.
The Secateurs are available in Ladies and Gents sizes featuring Teflon coated blade that can be removed for ease of cleaning and re sharpening.
The Snips have narrow blades, perfect for the more precise surgical actions associated with floristry.
The Two Handed Pruners feature stainless steel blades and solid 19” Ash Clad handles. Perfect for the extra reach required when pruning mature shrubs and roses.
As always the packaging, featuring the Thatched Cottage logo, has been designed by ourselves and is fully recyclable.
